Leading

I run MSOffice X.
Is there a way to vary the leading in WordX? E.g, vary from say 12/12 to
21/14, etc. I cannot find any control over this spacing situation.

Format->paragraph->line spacing. You may choose the leading as "exact"
or "at least". Word will boost the leading if you do something silly,
like mixing font sizes on the one line if you choose "at least".
