Learning to use BCM

I'm new to BCM and am having a lot of difficulty learning it. I have used
Access and Act before. Are there any courses or training classes available?

I'm not aware of classes, but there are a few how-to videos on
Microsoft's Office web site.

Amazon carries a couple BCM books. Lon's has a good reputation. I
haven't heard any feedback on the other book.
