Yes. Tools> E-mail Accounts... Keep going until you reach More settings>
Advanced. The check box is in the lower left of that dialog. This is a per
account setting.

Go into your email account settings (Tools-->Email Account-->View or
change your email account). Select the appropriate email account and
click 'Change'. Click 'More Settings'. On the 'Advanced' tab, there
is a check box that will allow you to 'Leave a copy of messages on the
server'.

I have 2 e-mail accounts and I cannot get the second pone to maintain this
setting. It works when I first set it up but when I close outlook and
re-open it the tick box is cleared. I have tried this on 3 PC's and they
all behave in the same way.

Any suggestions.

Well it looks like I'll have to install Eudora on that machine to.
It can't be just a couple of us who want to be able to check are mail from
other machines but leave the mail on the server so our main machine still
collects all of it.

Where is the setting you tried?
