You need the e-mail account info as a MAPI account, not a
traditional SMTP/POP3 account.

Not possible in Outlook Express. Perhaps you meant IMAP? And it would depend
what kind of mail account the user has - it's probably POP.

Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program, despite its similar name..
You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
Outlook Express news group.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Hint: look at the properties pages for
your account.
