Leave Mail On Server?

Is there the option of leaving incoming e-mails on the server for x
days in Outlook like there is in Eudora? If so where? I looked.

It's an advanced property of the e-mail *account* that you defined in
Outlook. That way, you can have some account default to deleting from
the server when polled and having others that leave messages on the
server when polled.
