We have a database which tracks staff leave taken.... etc. Now
management wants to track the staffs Leave Balances. Problem how does
one set up a query which every month will automatically add
appropriate hours based on staffs years with business.
Thus I start with a Balance of 200 hours at a given point say- July
2004. In August the query will add 10 hours automatically, and then
in Sept, etc. etc. I will design the query to subtract taken leave
and thus maintain a Overall Balance running total for management.
Appreciate any ideas. Thanks
