Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi All

I'm running Excel 2008 with the 12.2.4 update on an Intel Mac running 10.5.8

My problem is I can't get the Ledger templates to show £ (pound sterling). They show $ (dollar).

The International Preference setting is £ (a normal sheet in the same workbook shows £).

Is there a way around this?

Thanks in advance.

Only by saving a customised copy of each one.

Play around in /Applications/Microsoft Office
2008/Office/Media/Templates/Ledger Sheets/.

Keep the originals so you can roll back if you get an unwanted result!

Cheers

Yes, of course, but is it not possible to change the templates?
Thanks
Catherine

Ah! That's where they are - sorry, I don't know why my searching didn't locate them.
Many thanks
