I had been using the arrow keys on the keyboard for positioning shapes
on or near each other or at a particular position on the page.
Now for some reason when ever I hit theses keys with a shape selected
it simply moves the page up, down, left or right. but not the shape.
It seems to be happening on all drawings I have created. So obviously
I have some system setting wrong. Has anyone got any ideas on what I
may have done wrong or changed?
I am using Visio 2003
