Left hander wants vertical scrollbar on left!

I want to know how to set the scrollbar on the left side of the page. The MS
word help gives instructions, but the menu selections they indicate do not
appear to be availble. Help!

I don't believe this is possible except perhaps if you have a right-to-left
language enabled.
