Legal Contract for selling a business

I'm selling my Furniture Store Business and I would like a Contract made for
buyer to owner.

That seems interesting ennough, but I'm afraid it's completely off topic in

You absolutely need the services of an attorney for such a contract.
Contact one in your area that specializes in business law. No advice you
receive in the newsgroups other than this will be worth a tinker's dam,
