Legal Disclaimer

My department is responsible for data analysis and create numerous reports
daily. We would like to have a legal statement on the bottom of all our
reports...every printed page would have the disclaimer. Is there an easy way
to insert something in the footer for every document we create?

I'd set the footer up in a template file, and then make it so that every
time you open XL, that template file is opened. Note that this would only
affect new files.
