I can't send message to this section with Mozilla Thunderbird. Let me try it
with OE.

I am replying from news.microsoft.com instead of msnews.microsoft.com

instead of what I always use msnews.microsoft.com
for account, and posting to the programming newsgroup.
Obviously I did not get the error
In fact I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird to access news.microsoft.com.
Every time I try to send a message (ie, post) to programming section, it
tolds me "A news(NNTP) error occurred: You are not allowed to post to
microsoft.public.excel.programming". But when post to newusers section,
everything is fine. Any idea about this?

Don't know what version of Mozilla I have, but this is what
