let me keep fonts I like from older versions of word and publishe

Often fonts I've been using get eliminated in newer versions of Wrod and
Publisher. I'd like to have the option of retaining or retrieving those fonts
when I install newer versions of these programs. As

and Publisher. I'd like to have the option of retaining or retrieving
those fonts when I install newer versions of these programs. As

a) This newsgroup is for the discussion of writing programs in Publisher, or
that use Publisher. Tools > Macro > Visual Basic Editor in Publisher gives
a flavour of what I'm talking about.
b) When you install a new version of Wrod or Publisher, or any other
application for that matter, all fonts that were on your system prior to
installation will still be there after installation
c) Not all fonts that are available for use in Wrod or Publisher come with
Wrod or Publisher
d) If you buy a new computer with a new version of Wrod or Publisher on it,
it is unlikely to have all the fonts that were available on your old
computer, due to reason (c). However, you are able to copy the font files
over on a floppy disc or CD-R, giving you access to your old fonts in the
newer version of Wrod or Publisher.
