"Letter to Contact" in Outlook 2007

Did the "Letter to Contact" option disappear in Outlook 2007? We recently
converted from ACT! to Outlook w/ BCM and I cannot figure out how to write a
letter to a contact in the 2007 version of Outlook without going through the
whole Word mail merge process. I really hope that's not my only option...

Yes, this has been completely removed as well as hyperlink. My company had a
button that we applied a hyperlink word document that filled out the contact
name automatically in the transmittal and/or fax form. I am really upset
that this feature has been removed.....I have tried to find another way to do
this, but have failed.
