Letterhead disappears

Howdy,

A co-worker is having trouble accessing a Letterhead that
was produced in Word 2000. Several different computers
have opened this letterhead without difficulty, but my
coworker's computer removes the textboxes, and opens a
blank document with the 2 columns set but no logo or
anything.

We figured that WORD on her machine needed to be
reinstalled, but that didn't help. Any ideas on what the
problem might be?

What happens when she prints one of these problem letterheads or goes into
print preview? She may not be displaying graphics (or printing them).
