Letterhead settings for odd page size

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a new page setting that's not in Word (6.25" x 4.5")
and then print my message on to my personalized letterhead post card but I'm
having problems.

Here's what I've done:
In "Page Setup," I've create a new customized page size of 6.25" x 4.5" and
label it. When I do a print preview everything looks OK.

My Problem:
When I select "Print" after "Print Preview," my printer says that there's no
paper in the paper tray even though I have my letterhead in the paper tray.
Is there something else I have to do to create a custom paper size that will
be recognized by both Word and my HP printer?

Perhaps you have the wrong paper tray selected on the Paper or Paper Source
tab of Page Setup?
