letterhead

need to create letterhead; however the logo and other
info need to go down left side, not in header and footer -
how do I make it a template - seems no matter what I do
I can not get letter part to indent away from letterhead
info or when I type letter the info I want stationery
moves - have a logo and then a text box of info down
left side

Format the text box so that the text wraps around it.
