letters in gray on screen are black when printed

Pascale

Hello
I have a little problem which is driving me around the bend.
I created a text box, typed a title in it, changed the letter of the text to
gray (and it does appear gray on the screen), and rotated the text box side
ways.

Next to this text box, I have a grey line.

When printed the text in the box is black and my line is grey. Why is this
an what can be done about it pls ?????????
many thanks

Hi mary,
I use the Cannon IR105 and I can print lines text, boxes ets. in any gray
scale I need.
When you go to print your document, Select your printer property button.
Look for the Quality tab. Select Publication, of Graphics, or Picture,
whichever you are printing and it should print an actual representation of
your document.
(Note: the Text option will only prints in black.)

Maybe Pascale has this setting. I think it could be a quality setting. Thanks
for your post, it is helpful to know.
