Level 1 Attachments (.exe)

I frequently have business associates sending .exe files
to me which are executable WinZip files. However, Outlook
calls this a Level 1 attachment and blocks it
automatically. Is there anyway to allow .exe attachments
to become Level 2 and to prompt me as to whether I want to
save them or not? This is a real pain in the business
world. Thanks.
