I have 30 projects managed by 3 different project managers
all sharing resources. Once a week I would like to update
progress, reschedule work, and level resources across all
projects. I tried using a Master Project, but uugh it
take 30 minutes to save the master project (rollup). What
is the best way for me to level resources and reschedule
work?
