I have very simple sample (local) project plan with three tasks and one l
(local) resource. Each task takes 2 days, and the resource is assigned to
all three tasks. I've set up *no* predecessors between the tasks - and have
used the "ID Only" method to level the plan sucessfully resulting in the
three tasks taking a total of 6 days to complete.
When I import the plan to PS and map an enterprise resource to the tasks,
leveling is lost - all tasks revert to starting the same day, and there's
nothing I've yet found (aside from setting up predecessors - not the
solution I want) that will re-level the plan.
Any idea what's causing this and how to correct it?
Thanks -
