Leveling with Recurring Tasks

Suppose Jim has a task that he works on 1 hr per day, every day, for
the next month. This task never changes, its always 1 hr per day for
Jim.

I have a bunch of other tasks that I assign to Jim for completion in
the next year. I want to use leveling to balance these tasks for Jim,
filling up his days but being smart enough to keep in mind that he's
already booked for an hour per day for the first month of the year.

Can Project Pro 2003 do this? Any workarounds? Any macros out there
to help?
