LF: Excel 2000 template(s) Condo Budget

G'day,
System: Excel 2000 on win98
I've been searching the NGs and googling for Excel 2000 templates.
The only ones I've found are for 2003 and above.
Specifically, I'm looking for one that might be used (or converted)
for a Condominium's budget including Reserve Fund allocations (1).
But any relevant Excel 2000 templates would be a starting point.
Any direction, links or resource sites would be appreciated.
