LGU880 synchronising problems

Hello Everyone,
I have a lgu880 mobile phone.
it was working adequately and then all of a sudden it would not sync at all.
i was using the program in such a way that it sync's straight from outlook
2003, but now i'm getting 'interface not supported' from the lg sync manager
program.
the mobile company have tried to help me but lg not helpful at all.

does anyone know of this problem please.
