Library not registered

As any user logged onto a specific machine, I am getting a "Library not
registered" error message on the PWA home page as well as a couple of other
PWA pages for Project Server 2007. Are there any known issues where this
error message may be produced?

What pages are you seeing this on apart from the PWA home page? Do you have
the ActiveX controls installed?

I first noticed the error on the Edit Lookup Tables page under Server
Setttings>Enterprise Custom Fields. When I tried loading the page, the page
came up blank. I then noticed the error message displayed on the home page
as well as a couple of other pages where there were not obvious information
not being displayed.

This machine did not have Project Pro loaded on it. Since we have loaded it
the error message has resolved itself. Before loading Project Pro, I did
look to see if the Active X control files were installed on the computer.
The two files existed thought a thought was that they may have been corrupt.
One could assume that loading Project Pro fixed whatever was need thought
that is only an assumption based on the obvious that had changed since the
issue seemed to resolve itself.

Did you happen to notice what versions of the ActiveX you had prior to
installing Project Pro?
