Library Not Registered

Hi,

I am working office automation application and in machine i have Office
2007. While running my application i got the following error messages

Error 1: Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002801D
(TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))

Error 2: Word could not fire the event

Both are sporadic. Can anybody give some idea why these error messages i am
getting?

Note : I installed PIA in my machine
