library not registered

I am using Windows 2000 & Office 2002. When clicking on Outlook today I get
the following error:
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 298
Char: 1
Error: Library not registerd
Code: 0
URL: outlook:today
Do you want to contine running scripts on this page? Yes No

I have tried the following to fix the problem:
repair outlook, uninstall/reinstall office; disable script debugging;
renaming the .olb files & runnining a repair

none of which seem to work can someone please offer some alt suggestions?
