Licence Agreement/ghosting new pcs

We bought 6 new dell pcs with office 2003 preinstalled. We want to ghost one
and install that image on the other 5 pcs.
1. How does that effect the licence for xp and office. Does this create any
licence issues with microsoft?
2. What happens if we want to get updates.
3. Can you replace the licence once their is a licence entered?
