licence areement every time I open word or outlook?

just installed office 2003, registered, and every time I open it the licence
aggreement pops up and it is quite annoying

suggest you post to a Word or Outlook newsgroup. this NG answers questions
about MS Access relational database software.

Are you running as an administrator or user? If user try running as
an administrator once to clean up this message and then go back to
running as a user.
