licence for windows-2003 server

If all you're doing is using the MDB to store data, no license is required.

If, on the other hand, you need to get at forms and reports, then they will
need to have Access installed. You can, however, get a royalty-free runtime
version of Access that will meet this need.

However, since you said it's web-based, that shouldn't apply.

Hello,

Suppose I am developing a web software, and using access.

I am also using access as the database.
Does the client, which use the database (not for developing - only the *.mdb
file),
should have any other license for using the access,
if he/she has windows-2003 server installed.

Thanks :)
