Licencing issues related 32 bit to 64 bit.

Dears.

I am moving from 32 bit envirnoment to 64 bit world.
I have 32 bit licence for project server and professional 2007, Sql Server
2005.

i just want to know if i install the 64 bit Project server & Professional,
then i need new licence for 64 bit or use the old one.
