License Acceptance Not Going Away

Hello,

My company recently purchased around 20 new PC's all are Dell with
MSOFFICE pre installed.
All you have to do when first accessing an Office app is to enter the
user info and product code, then activate over web.
Well this works on them all but the only problem is, is that about
half of the PC's still display the "Accept License Agreement" window
when accessing after initial setup and continue to every time they
open an office app.
How can I get rid of this?

Do you know why it would work for some regular user accounts and not
all of them? They all have the same local PC rights.
