License Agreement Keeps Opening Up

I have installed Word and activated its license agreement
via the internet. Now, everytime I open Word, the Office
XP End User License Agreement opens up first. I have to
Accept the terms before Word will activate.

This is very annoying and time consuming.

How do I shut the thing off....

Log on as Administrator and accept the EULA.
