License and Intall Question

Hi Hiro,

Generally the Home Use volume license copies
can be moved but you may want to check with
your administrator at work to see what the
license agreement the company has setup is.

======
Thanks that helps. The XP install was OEM so I should be fine there since I
just want to go back to it, not transfer it to another machine.

The 2003 version I got from our Home Use program at work. Will that
function like the retail version? I notice the EULA says you can transfer to
another machine but of course has no instructions for how to do so. So,
again I"m just assuming I uninstall on one machine and reinstall on the
other. Will this work? >>

Just had to do a clean reinstall of WINXP due to a horrible virus. When I
tried to reinstall Office 2000 i got continuing messages of missing files
such as "error 1305. Error reading from file:
PFiles\MSOffice|Office\MSOWC.DLL"..this was jsut one of the messages of the
same type. any ideas as to why?
