license of project server 2007

when we install project server 2007 how many and what type of license we need ?

In the operations page of SharePoint Central Administration.

and in the (Upgrade and Migrate) section . there is convert license type we
need to enter license no.

is it only one place to enter license number. and after that we can use full
features and any no of team members can access the project server 2007 ?

or there is more than one place to enter license numbers and we need to take
license of project web access separately.
