license qualification failed

What should I do after failing licese qualification?
I have purchased my office pro 2003 in 2004. And I have installed again
after refreshed my computer. The product key only allowed me to have 60 day
trials after paying the full price for the product. Is there anything I can
do?
I only have installed the products in my lap top and my desk top that gave
me this trouble.

Do you mean that you have failed Product Activation through the internet? If
so, you will have to do a manual (telephone) activation to be able to talk to
a customer service representative and tell them about what happened.

If you tell them you have it on two computers, they will want you to PAY to
activate. Otherwise, just call and tell them you had to format or change
the HD on "one" machine and then you needed to reinstall. That way they
will help you without paying more. It's know big deal unless you passing it
out to your friends, that's a big deal. Good luck!

Since the user is in compliance with EULA,( retail allows one Desktop
AND a laptop installation) WHY SHOULD THEY LIE? I think perhaps YOU may
not be too honest?

Maybe you can kiss my ass with that! If you call to activate after major
crash/format or HD replacement, the first thing they ask you is how many
computers are you using this software on. If you tell them what you just
said they will give you grief! Try it, if you don't believe me. I'm not
suggesting anyone to be "dishonest", I'm suggesting it not be a pain in the
ass when talking to Microsoft, that's all.
