License reset?

When you first log on to Project you are presented a license screen, never
again to be seen. We are looking to reset whatever it is that makes this
screen appear (cookie, registry, db?) Anybody have any ideas.

If you remove the Project content from the downloaded programs folder for
IE you should get this screen again. Click the View Objects button in the
Temporary Internet Files section of the General Tab of the Settings dialog
in IE. Delete the two objects that start with 'Pj".
