License swap

I have a user that is not quite ready for office2007, but he cannot get
office2003 with his new laptop.
Can I swap Dell bundled office suites between 2 machines.
The 2003 version already is installed and activated, but I have yet to
recieve the new laptop with 2007 version.

No. OEM is limited to that system. There's nothing to stop you from trying,
of course, but don't go putting a lot of jhope in that venture.

Amazon.com still had some Office 2003 copies available.
