License transfer question...

I have a copy of Office 2000 Pro (oem version) that I want to sell. Is there
a form that you have to fill out (like Adobe's) to transfer to another
person? It's a more recent version, where you had to register. Will the new
owner be able to register with no problems?

No form.

Read your EULA. OEM software is tied to the computer that it was first
installed. Your EULA should tell you it cannot be transferred or sold
except as part a computer transfer/sale.
