I'm not 100% positive but I suspect it is only good for a single upgrade.
I'm sure that if this isn't correct, someone will correct me. If not, try
posting again and use a more detailed subject line. Something like "No of
times I can use upgrade?" or something like that.

I don't know - maybe because some people would rather ask than to read the
