Licenses needed for integration with existing Sharepoint?

My company has an existing Sharepoint implementation that we have been using
to share project documents, issues logs, task lists, etc... One team site
per project.

We now want to begin using Project Server 2003 so we can do enterprise
resource pooling, etc... They also want to place a Gantt chart for each
project on its respective Sharepoint team site and maybe some actual and
variance numbers also (all linked real-time to the Project Server data)

I have several questions:

1. Is this doable?
2. What are the license implications... i.e. do we need to buy a Project CAL
for each person that accesses the Sharepoint site?

Your existing SharePoint team sites are not compatible for use with Project
Server unless they were created using the Project Server SharePoint template
on a SharePoint site that was specifically modified for use with Project
Server. Project Server gives you this capability out of the box. You'll
probably want to port information from your existing sites into the sites
created by Project Server.

Once you're using the sites created by Project Server, it's easy enough to
pull the Project Server web parts into the base site template to create the
solution you're talking about. However, I do believe that using these
obliges you to license the software for the users who will access it.
