Licenses needed when MDE Used with Term Services

Hi!
If an mde / mdb backend is setup on a server where all users log in using
Term Services, do they need to have an MS Access license for each user that
runs the program? Or just one MS Access licenses to install and run the
program?

Free Runtimes could be used on their local workstations but TS/Server use is
preferred over local network connections to the mde for speed and connection
ease of use.
