I own the full versions of mac office 2004, and want to purchase a
laptop for my home base business for when I travel - maybe 4 times a
year. Do I have to purchase another full versions of this, or can I
use the same osftware on my laptop as well, as long as both computers
are not running at the same time?

If you check your license, it will tell you that you can install a copy
on your laptop for your exclusive use.
