I have a Win2k terminal server that serves 50 clients. If I install office 2003 on that server for the 50 clients to use, how many office licenses do I have to have and what type of license?

You've to have 50 office licenses, just as you would do for installation on
the desktop. The only difference is that you don't install it on the client
but on the terminal server. Note that the Terminal Server CAL must be
allocated for all the clients.
