I am running Windows XP, all my current files are from
Windows 98 and Office 97. When I converted to Access
2000 or 2002, Access will not recognize my files, and if
I try to run Access 97, it says it is not licensed. How
can I fix this.

Common problem.

There is fix for this bug, you either download a fix, or change the way you
install.
