Lifting/copying text from a picture

I have screen dumped a copy of my files from explorer to a word document. I
now need to lift/copy text from the picture to use in a word document. Can
this be done?

It's a bit tortuous but if you have access to a scanner & some OCR software
you might be able to go that route.
