Limit number of responses

Can I limit the number of responses a form can be submitted? I am planning
on submitting to an email and Sharepoint site but I need to limit the number
of submissions to five per ID number. Thank you.

You can keep a running total in a repeating table that is stored with the form.

You could as save the totals for each id in a SharePoint List. You would
need to learn to use CAML to add and update list items.
