Limit Outlook to one single instance

Finally figured out to limit Outlook (I'm running 2003) to a single
instance when launching just put /recycle after the outlook.exe in the
launching shortcut.

This keeps multiple copies from running when you only want one. When
you open the /recycle shortcut when Outlook is open it will just
maximize the running instance.

Ehm, no. Only one outlook.exe process should be running even without using
switches. When you have more than one outlook.exe process running you must
suffer from a misconfiguration. This can be caused by add-ins or
applications that integrate with Outlook like virusscanners.
