Limit

I'm using the make at table query to import a table of about 3.6
million records but not all the records are being imported. Is there a
limit to the amount of records Access 2007 can have in one table?

No, but there is a limit of 2GByte on the total size of an entire database
(tables, forms, code, system tables, etc.) How big is your database in bytes
(when you look at it in Windows Explorer)?

What's the average size of a record? How many fields, of what datatypes? Try
creating a new, bare, empty database and importing into it.

I don't think it is a size issue because I used another program to
access the Table that I am trying to import to able and from there I
was able to import the whole table to access. I also tried to import
the table in question into a fresh db. Could it be something else?

Quite possibly. What is the nature of the file you're importing? What specific
steps are you taking to do the import? Do you get an error, or just have
missing records? Is A2007 fully up to date with service packs? Is this a
..accdb or a .mdb file? How big is it?
