What can be done to make BCM useful? I have a few examples below that
require too much time when it should be incorporated into Outlook and BCM.
1. After creating a new Account, address, web page, phone numbers, your next
step will be to add contacts. When you add a contact you first enter the
name. Next you have to click ok. Then you have to re-click on contact to
open it up. Once you open it up you have to manually re-enter all info,
address, web site... We need a way to add a contact and have an option to
use the account profile if we choose to. There are too many steps required
to do business.
2. I under stand if you use BCM that your tasks created to an account
creates a task in Outlook. We need a link to the BCM contact/account on the
task, other wise it is useless to use
